I’ll start. H for Home, my favorite place to be. While I love traveling and leaving home, there is nothing quite like coming home from a trip across town or an extended trip. My humble little abode suits me and my sweet Carla just fine. I am great-full—your turn.

It's been a while. A few gratitude projects have gone round since I last posted. But I looked and the H is important. My son is Harrison and my father was Howard. And so many years ago before I moved cross country I went to a channeler (a psychic but more than a psychic) - I told her nothing about me. She asked me who the H was in my life. This was after my father had already passed away (by maybe 4 years ) and maybe 10 years before my son was born.
H is for Happy. In the past two years I have transformed. My life completely to search for happiness and what creatively. Brings me happy. In 2024 my theme was to. Find more joy. By total coincidence now I WILL BE working for a family whose last name is joy.

I would say health. If people want to age well, they have to start building healthy habits early.
Also HEART. My heart is full of love, and it keeps me alive.
