As we all know, expressing thanks improves our overall sense of well-being. Grateful people are more agreeable, more open, and less judgmental.
Continuing through the alphabet this week with the LETTER M, post something you value, appreciate, recognize, cherish, and are grateful for. Your post can be a word, a sentence or longer, and even a poem or an image. What makes your heart sing?

I would be so lost without music, especially Bruce Springsteen’s. I have a 19 hour playlist of nothing but Bruce and listen to some of his songs and/or watch concert videos every day now!
My new “Nature + Nurture” ebook: https://wendigordon.gumroad.com/l/mdryi. It was truly a labor of love to combine my best nature photos with quotes that encourage readers to embrace their uniqueness and see the beauty of diversity.
And marriage - my husband and I will celebrate our 33rd anniversary on May 26!
M for Mother. Timely that I’m commenting today. I just arrived at the hospice bedside of my mother and plan to stay with her until she leaves her body. When that will be is in gods hands but days not weeks as she is untethering ( a word my next M word, my daughter, Madison , used) ..untethering from this cycle to the next. Mother to daughter to mother to daughter. ❤️
Beautiful picture, my M would be Music, Music gets my emotions out that I can’t do on my own
