Hello my friend...it's always a little bit scary of the unknown...whether good news are not...but I have found that staying in the present moment...keeps me sane...and let's me enjoy the moment(s) happening right this minute...I have come close to death a couple of times and each ime...I renew my faith in God...and believe that no matter "what" I will be OK...acceptance comes with peace...Carolann

Hi Carol…of course I wish you good news when you get the results. Thought I’d share my new mantra…so simple and does a great job of keeping me grounded. It’s…”unhurried and unworried”. It has proved to be a quick reminded. I use it for the practical side of life, like when someone cuts me off in traffic…just repeating it stops any sparks of anger. The other way I use it is in the face of tougher situations. It helps calm me and avoid the drama that I sometimes stir up in my brain. It keeps my connected to my heart, less to my head. Hope it might prove useful for you. Lots of love and hugs….Suz K.
