Well said, Carol. So important to understand this potential threat! As you noted, the sheer volume of data overwhelms the brain with cognitive data, so different from our creative mind. Yes, indeed, we must set boundaries. I also have noticed that social media uses the 'playbook of advertising' by knowing how to lure you in after they catch you and our all too normal human curiosity takes over.
