Regrettably, I remain under the weather, or more precisely, under the lash of that second eye surgery I referenced in my last post. Some of you may know that the post-op remedy for a detached retina is postural—-in order to keep the gas bubble pressed up against the newly attached retina, I must remain face-down for three hours at a time daily, followed by an hour of upright. Rinse. Repeat throughout the 24-hour period.
It’s a huge strain to even look at my computer, so while I’d hoped I’d be back to posting by mid-September, here we are. I will need at least a few more weeks to regain the sight in my left eye.
Thanks for hanging in there with me while I hang (literally) over the side of my bed.
My best,
Carol
Wishing you well, Carol. As you well know, patience goes hand in hand with healing.
Carol, I’m sending healing light and love your way❤️
