Airstream Eats
Because 'tis the Season for Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge
Not an Airstreamer? Don’t camp? No worries. You belong here if you like saving money on groceries and want to feed yourself and your family without a lot of fuss.
Living out of a 20-foot Airstream travel trailer for weeks at a time, I had to come up with cost-effective, healthy, simple alternatives to the usual camp food of bacon, eggs, hotdogs and hamburgers. (Don’t get me wrong: we eat our fair share of those!)
If I can make these recipes in a 1.1 cubic foot combination convection/microwave/air fry oven with limited counter space and cookware, you can, too.
If you’ve given up trying to make fudge, trust me. This is the easiest recipe ever and it is foolproof!
